To be addedAn odd mix, someone who was meant to go to Art College but changed their mind at the last minute and studied Health Science instead - and then went back and did a Psychology Degree. Someone who also did half a Philosophy and Literature (drama) degree but decided to travel to the other side of the world instead - because it's an adventure.
Someone who likes to travel and see new places but is just as comfortable being at home with the familiar. Someone with family all over the world but remains loyal and committed to each one, despite the distances.
I like to read and watch movies, create/make things and tinker with my car endlessly - I enjoying learning new things all the time. I try to live authentically and honestly. I believe that Science and Technology make our lives better but Art (in all it's forms) gives our lives meaning. Art is the qualia of living . . . be it words, music, paintings, sculpture or more.
A close friend, of mine, once described me as: "a person who is smart and humorous but also caring and kind, enthusiastic and optimistic (even when things are tough), but fierce and formidable in the defence of their friends and family . . . ". That was nice thing for them to say 😃
